9th RIISE Parent Power Conference '21

We're back with culturally responsive recruitment & enrollment opportunities for families of color to engage in independent school culture.

It's 2021, and our families and students are still negotiating a year of COVID 19 and racial justice protests.

Yet, we RIISE!

Register now to join us on Sunday, 5.23, at 2:00 pm for our 9th RIISE Parent Power Conference -part recruitment, part enrollment, and always culturally responsive!

Following your registration, we'll begin to share details on how to log onto Critical Parent Discussions, the Powerhouse Scholar Panel, and Boutique School Fair.

*We are prepping with Critical Parent Discussions on 5.19, 5.20, 5.21. More details below.

Thanks to our participating independent schools and sponsors for demonstrating a commitment to equity recruitment & enrollment by supporting families of color networks.

Big shout-out to sponsors Ashley Hall School in Charleston, Ethical Culture Fieldston School and Riverdale Country School in the Bronx!

Zoom fatigue is real! So we decided to host our live critical parent discussions earlier in the week in preparation for Sunday, 5.23 Parent Power Conference -an afternoon focused on our powerhouse scholars and boutique school fair!

  1. 6:00 pm. Wed. 5.19 - Choosing Single-Sex + Benefits of Boarding

  2. 6:00 pm. Thu. 5.20 - Tips For Parent Leadership + Impact

  3. 6:00 pm. Fri. 5.21 - How To Apply

Mix-match or join all three to learn about different types of independent schools, how to shift school culture for good, and how to apply confidently. Lead by admission experts and parent leaders. These live discussions will also be available on-demand on 5.22, the day before Sunday's conference.
